Trenovo Fit
A whole gym chain in one panel.
Trenovo Fit is for owners and managers of fitness clubs who run memberships, entries and schedules across several tools. They get one web panel, an app for trainers and members, and a tablet at the entrance.
Platforms: Web, iOS, Android
The problem: memberships in a spreadsheet, the schedule in a chat
Reception checks a membership in one place, the trainer keeps a plan in a notebook, and the manager builds a report from three files. With a second location, the mess doubles.
What we built
Three surfaces of one system:
- A web panel for the manager: memberships, QR-code entries, class schedule, trainers, reports and multiple locations in one view.
- A mobile app for members and trainers: workout logging set by set, multiple plans, a progress heatmap with a trend chart, body measurement history, plans assigned by the trainer, trainer-member chat and a diet tab.
- A tablet kiosk at the entrance.
Privacy preferences are built in: PostHog analytics starts only after the user consents, and data is hosted in the EU. The product page design assumes a 14-day trial. [NEED: confirm the trial length]
How we worked
First, conversations with a manager and a trainer about what their day looks like. Then a Figma prototype they clicked through before any code existed. Short sprints followed, each ending with a version to review, and then release and fixes after the first weeks. [NEED: confirm the prototype was tested with users]
What you get if you build something similar with us
- One team for the web panel, the mobile app and the kiosk, so data matches on every screen.
- A prototype you see and judge before you pay for the whole build.
- GDPR compliance planned from the first screen, not bolted on at the end.
Let's talk
Do you run a club, a chain or a service with many user roles? Write through the contact page and we will book a call about what to build first.
